These Terms of Use govern your use of the ACSZ Show App ("the App") provided by the Agricultural Consultative Society of Zambia ("ACSZ"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The ACSZ Show App is an official companion application for the Agricultural Society of Zambia annual show. It provides show schedules, exhibitor information, a showgrounds map, and the ability to apply to exhibit at the show.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes. You must not:
Show schedules, exhibitor listings, and event programs displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, ACSZ does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information in the App. Show details are subject to change without notice.
The showgrounds map is provided to help visitors navigate the venue. Map data is sourced from Mapbox and OpenStreetMap. ACSZ does not guarantee the accuracy of map data. The "Get Directions" feature may open third-party navigation applications subject to their own terms.
Submitting an exhibition application through the App does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are subject to review and approval by ACSZ. ACSZ reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Submitting an application constitutes agreement to ACSZ's exhibitor terms and conditions.
All content within the App, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of ACSZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission from ACSZ.
The App integrates third-party services including Mapbox for mapping. Your use of these services within the App is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those service providers. ACSZ is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ACSZ does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACSZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on show schedules, map directions, or exhibitor information.
ACSZ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The updated terms will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
