The Agricultural Consultative Society of Zambia (ACSZ) Show App ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application.
The App requests access to your device's location solely to display your position on the showgrounds map and provide directions within the venue. Location data is used only while the App is in use and is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
The App saves preferences such as your selected map style and traffic display settings locally on your device using your device's storage. This information never leaves your device.
If you submit an exhibition application through the App, the information you provide (name, organisation, contact details, and selected categories) is collected for the purpose of processing your application to exhibit at the ACSZ Show.
If you send a message through the App's contact form, the information provided (name, email, phone number, and message) is collected solely to respond to your enquiry.

The App uses Mapbox to render map tiles and provide directions. When you use the map, your device may send tile requests to Mapbox servers. Mapbox's privacy policy applies to data processed by their services.
Some map views use OpenStreetMap tile data. Tile requests are made directly to OpenStreetMap servers. OpenStreetMap's privacy policy applies to those requests.
The App uses Google Fonts to display typography. Font files may be downloaded from Google's servers on first use and cached on your device. Google's privacy policy applies to those requests.
The App stores preferences locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data beyond what is required to process exhibition applications and messages. We take reasonable measures to protect any information submitted through the App.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. Exhibition application data is used exclusively by ACSZ staff for processing purposes.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
